<idPurp>Se busca la identificación de las empresas ubicadas en el área urbana de Bogotá D.C., que por su actividad económica son generadoras de residuos peligrosos hospitalarios, de tal forma que mediante el registro de las cantidades generadas por empresa, se busca contar con la línea base para la definición de medidas de control sobre las fuentes generadoras, todo esto en el marco del Plan de Gestión Integral de Residuos Peligrosos.</idPurp>
<idAbs>&lt;div style='text-align:Left;'&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;El objeto geográfico corresponde a la localización puntual,en el sistema de referencia MAGNA-SIRGAS y en Coordenadas Planas Cartesianas para Bogotá, de las empresas generadoras de residuos o desechos que por sus características corrosivas, reactivas, explosivas, tóxicas, inflamables, infecciosas o radiactivas pueden causar daño para la salud humana y el ambiente. Temáticamente el objeto da cuenta de la identificación del predio donde se ubica el generador de residuos peligrosos hospitalarios, la descripción de la actividad desarrollada en capa punto y la clasificación de gran, mediano y pequeño generador. Las localizaciones descritas se limitan al área urbana para Bogotá D.C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</idAbs>

<statement>El objeto geográfico se construye en dos etapas, así:
1. Georreferenciación de las empresas generadoras de residuos peligrosos hospitalarios:
Esta labor se lleva a cabo desde la aplicación SINU-POT de la Secretaría Distrital de Planeación, en la cual se dispuso una herramienta para la consulta predial a través de dirección y/o chip, parámetros de entrada con los que cuenta el productor, para realizar la consulta predial.
Una vez se ingresa la dirección o el chip, la herramienta realiza la consulta correspondiente y despliega en el área de mapas la selección del predio asociado, de tal forma que ubicando manualmente el cursor aproximadamente en el centroide del predio, se muestra en la parte inferior derecha de la aplicación el par de coordenadas X,Y de interés, las cuales se copian para luego alimentar la base alfanumérica propia del objeto en construcción.
2. Alimentación de la base alfanumérica temática.
La base alfanumérica se construye a partir de una plantilla en Microsoft Excel, la cual previamente fue configurada con la estructura de atributos y tipo de datos definidos en el Catálogo de Objetos Geográficos Ambientales de la SDA.
Se registran los datos alfanuméricos respetando los valores propios para cada atributo y los dominios definidos, y finalmente se alimentan las coordenadas X,Y , capturadas en la primera etapa de este proceso, en los campos correspondientes para ello.
Finalmente, haciendo uso de la herramienta ArcGis en su versión 10.1, se hace el cargue de la tabla configurada, adicionándola como una capa de información, para luego usar la función desplegar datos X,Y, que permite convertir las coordenadas previamente alimentadas en la base alfanumérica en una representación espacial, paso durante el cual se asigna a la capa geográfica generada el sistema de referencia MAGNA-SIRGAS Coordenadas Planas Cartesianas para Bogotá.
Lista la capa anterior, el paso final es el cargue de la capa en la base geográfica organizacional en el la estructura de datos correspondiente para este objeto.</statement>
