<idPurp>El objeto geográfico permite inventariar, delimitar y demarcar las áreas de conexión ecosistémica de Bogotá D.C., definidas mediante el Decreto Distrital 555 de 2021, con el fin de informar a terceros interesados sobre las Estrategias de conectividad ecosistémica, además de servir de insumo a otras entidades distritales con propósitos de planeación, gestión,control del territorio y cobros fiscales.</idPurp>
<idAbs>&lt;div style='text-align:Left;'&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;El objeto geográfico almacena la delimitación de las áreas definidas como conectores ecosistémicos en Bogotá D.C., ubicadas tanto en el área urbana como rural, En el marco del decreto 555 de 2021 "Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de Bogotá D.C Bogotá Reverdece 2022-2035" La capa esta asociada al sistema de referencia de coordenadas planas cartesianas para Bogotá en datum Magna-Sirgas. Temáticamente da cuenta nombre y acto administrativo de oficialización del conector ecosistémico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;La capa se construyó con base en las coordenadas propias del anexo cartográfico del POT en el Decreto 555 de 2021, y demás actos administrativos de delimitación de áreas protegidas del nivel Nacional y Regional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</idAbs>

<statement>Descripción del procedimiento de creación de la capa
1. Fuentes de datos
Por la naturaleza de las delimitaciones integradas en esta capa de información, correspondientes a los límites de las áreas protegidas ambientales de Bogotá D.C. del Nivel nacional, regional y distrital, se asocian para su mantenimiento varios productores y custodios de datos entre los cuales están:
En el nivel Nacional: Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
En el nivel Regional: Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca
En el nivel Distrital: Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente.
La capa existente a la fecha es la consolidación cartográfica de varias fuentes de datos para este tema, oficializadas mediante El Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de Bogotá D.C. a través del Decreto Distrital 190 de 2004 en su anexo cartográfico.
2. Procedimiento de consolidación y/o producción de límites de las áreas protegidas.
Producto de la definición del Sistema de Áreas Protegidas, dada por el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial de Bogotá D.C., por medio del Decreto Distrital 190 de 2004, surge la identificación primaría de estas áreas y su categoría dada como:
Orden Distrital:
*Área Forestal Distrital
*Santuario Distrital de Fauna y Flora
*Parque Ecológico Distrital de Humedal
*Parque Ecológico Distrital de Montaña
Orden Nacional:
*Parque Nacional Natural
*Reserva Forestal Protectora
Posteriormente las entidades competentes para la época (año 2004) tanto del nivel nacional, regional y distrital, aportaron mediante archivos en formato dwg, los límites correspondientes para cada área, los cuales se integraron en lo que se reconoce como Sistema de Áreas Protegidas (SAP) asociado al sistema de referencia Arenas (Elipsoide Internacional 1924).
A la fecha esta capa ha sido actualizada por la migración a un nuevo sistema de referencia de coordenadas oficializado por la Resolución 068 de 2005 del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi "Por la cual se adopta como único datum oficial de Colombia el Marco geocéntrico Nacional de Referencia: MAGNA-SIRGAS", así como por las precisiones cartográficas sobre los límites de algunas áreas protegidas como:
* Parque Ecológico Distrital de Montaña Entrenubes,oficializado mediante el Decreto 437 de 2005 correspondiente a la adopción del Plan de Ordenamiento y Manejo Ambiental.
* Reserva Forestal Protectora del Bosque Oriental de Bogotá, Ajustado de acuerdo con el fallo de Cerros Orientales que sustrae la franja de adecuación, emitido por el Consejo de Estado mediante Sentencia No. 2500023250002000662 03 del 05 de noviembre de 2013.
* Reserva Forestal Regional Productora del Norte de Bogotá D.C."Thomas Van der Hammen", definida en el Acuerdo 11 de 2011 de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca por el cual se declara la reserva.
* Reserva Forestal Protectora y Productora de la Cuenca Alta del Río Bogotá, por el realinderamiento definido mediante la Resolución 138 de 2014, Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
* Parques Ecológicos Distritales de Humedal La Isla y Tunjo, dado que se trata de nuevas áreas protegidas declaradas por el Acuerdo 577 de 2014 del Concejo de Bogotá
Producto de los distintos niveles territoriales involucrados en la delimitación de estas áreas, esta capa se considera como multiescala,así:
* Reserva Forestal Protectora del Bosque Oriental de Bogotá (1:25.000)
* Reserva Forestal Regional Productora del Norte de Bogotá D.C."Thomas Van der Hammen". (1:10.000)
* Reserva Forestal Protectora y Productora de la Cuenca Alta del Río Bogotá (1:250.000)
